Robbi's M&M Cookies
I made these cookies yesterday for my nephew and neice that were coming over and although they looked nice, they didn't taste good at all. My nephew and neice only ate half one cookie and they love cookies. The problem for me was that I tasted too much of the shortening. I did use butter flavor shortening but it just wasn't the same. Next time I will try 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of shortening or possibly all butter. I think with the butter substition it will be better.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This recipe is really good. I added 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of celery soup. I also added frozen peas and carrots. I added only one container of biscuits which I made flat and cut into 8 pieces per biscuit. I also added about 1 tbsp of cornstarch to a little bit of cold water and added it to the mixture to thicken the sauce. So easy to make and really hit the spot.

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
This fudge was so easy to make and everyone in my family loves it. I have tried several variations such crushed mint oreos, heath toffee chips and nuts, as well white chocolate chips with macadamian nuts. I would reccommend this recipes it you want something fast that works every time.
