Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting

Great starting point. I usually leave out the coconut and add much more powdered sugar to make the frosting thicker.

Easy-Bake Cheddar Biscuits

These taste just like Red Lobster's!! I brushed some garlic butter cross the top and voila! Perfect! The recipe is good as-is, although the cream cheese spread is an unnecessary condiment.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

This came out great!! I used canned yams and made the recipe as if they were fresh sweet potatoes and it still came out great. I was a little more generous though with the brown sugar and pecans, but that's just to taste. Altogether a great recipe!!
