Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting
Great starting point. I usually leave out the coconut and add much more powdered sugar to make the frosting thicker.

Spinach Quiche
Delicious!! Just be careful because the pie was very full. I might cut back on the ingredients slightly. Otherwise perfect!
