Quinoa Tabbouleh
This was delicious! Easy to prepare and great to take to work for lunch, as it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I added feta cheese, substituted cilantro for the parsley and reduced the olive oil to 1/8 C. I will make this again and again!

Country Pasta with Mozzarella
Absolutely delicious!! My boyfriend and I had two big plates and then stood over the pan and finished the rest WITH OUR FINGERS!! It was that good. I did use 4 cloves of garlic (and next time I'll use even more, 5-6), next time I'll also add a bit more cayenne pepper. I left out the parsley, just didn't have it. A bit greasy, I might sub turkey bacon and cut the cheese in half to save calories. Very tasty, definately will be making this again!

Slow Cooker Lime Chicken with Rice
Very, very bland. I even added garlic, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper and a bay leaf. Still so bland that I just can't eat it. Too bad. Not sure of the point of the lime juice, I couldn't taste it at all.
