Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
I added some ginger to the marinade, and used shrimp and pineapple on the kabob's in addition to the chicken. First time I made it I used chicken breast just purchased, second time I defrosted chicken breasts and it was not nearly as good. Really good the first time, and goes well with a glass of chilled Kim Crawford 2006 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Wife and kids liked it, but I felt it needed more taste. Could've been the cut of meat I'd used (eye round). Still I give it four stars for being easy to make.

Broken Thermostat Curry
Needed a little salt to give it more flavor, but my wife and I enjoyed it. (Kids refused to try it since it had cauliflower in it.) Don't know why it's called "Broken Thermostat Curry" though, since I really couldn't taste the peppers at all. Would be inclined to double-up on the cayenne next time. But a good, healthy recipe.
