Easier Chicken Marsala

This was delicious! I did use more wine like others mentioned, but thickened w/ half a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, and it was great!

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms I

I love this recipe . . .I add a package of dry italian dressing mix (or 1/2 a package) and use cooking sherry instead of red wine . . yummy.
