Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip
I used a 2 lb roast, because that's all they had. I put in 1 can of beef broth, and about 1/2-1 cup of water, along with the au jus mix. Cooked for 7 hrs on low, and it was ready by the time I got home. My only issue is that it does fall apart, so it will make it hard to slice it for sandwiches. But it might not even make it to buns because its so good! I'm going to saute some onion for the au jus and for the sandwiches.

Cake Mix Cookies IV
I made these using a yellow cake mix and in half of them I added chocolate chips. These were so gross. They were almost sickingly sweet. It had a weird artificial taste. I will say, however, that if you usea devils food mix, they are great. I've made them with mint chips and regular chocolate chips. Those turn out great. But the yellow ones we threw out.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very easy to make and a big hit! I've made this twice and I can't say anything negative about it. Made it according to the directions and it turned out fantastic! Definately more of a chili than a soup, but I like that better- its heartier and definately enough to be a meal.
