Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
First time trying these and I thought they turned out great! I liked that the butter is melted, easier to make them on a whim instead of remembering to get butter out to soften.
I only had salted butter so I didn't use as much salt, I didn't notice any problem with that. They tasted great!
At first, the dough is very runny, and I was a bit concerned, and contemplated more flour. I'm glad I waited; within a minute or two it stiffened up and was easy to scoop.
