This is a must have at Thanksgiving. Aunt Bea has gotten too old (88) to make it. I was very happy to take over this tradition. I asked her recently if it was an original recipe. My hubster has been a diabetic for about a year & a half now. I've done very well (IMO) in changing our whole families eating lifestyle. Hubster has done extremely well in learning to live with it.
