Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese
I really liked this salad, it had great flavor (after chilling for at least 6 hours)It was easy to make and got rave reviews from everyone at the BBQ that I made it for. Different, easy, very delish!

Cucumber And Yogurt Salad
I was looking for something different to take to a family BBQ, this was it! Very easy, tasted great! It was the first salad gone after everyone had 2nds! Ended up sharing this with a bunch of people!

Crab Tartlets
I made these for a wedding shower and they disappeared instantly! Several people asked for my "secret" recipe. Will make again. I used a mixture of refrigerated packaged crab and shrimp in place of the canned crab, it gave it a great flavor!
