Triple Berry Crisp

This was a big hit! I added a little extra cornstarch to ensure that it wasn't too runny, but I think it would have been fine without it. Definitely use fresh berries if possible.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

I really liked this recipe, but I felt that the filling needed a little more spice, so I added chili powder and crushed red pepper. I also blanched the peppers instead of boiling them.

I used fat free milk and only 4 cups of chicken broth. It came out so creamy and delicious, this recipe became an instant favorite! Also, I only added a little bit of cheese on the top, it was already creamy enough without an entire cup.
