Made this last night for work - read all the reviews on here before doing so and made these modifications: I used more orange zest (I used 2 tbsp), I wrung out the excess water in the zucchini, I used 1/4 C milk + 1/4 OJ instead of 1/2 C milk. I didn't have a bundt pan so I used two different pans and each cake turned out perfectly (baked at 350F for 50 min exactly). Thank you so much for this! People have already been asking for the recipe! This one definitely is a keeper! Can't wait to make it again.

We're NEVER ordering in teriyaki chicken ever again! Why would you need to with this fantastic recipe?! Wwwwwwooooooow. I used two chicken breasts and poured almost all of the sauce (we didn't have cider vinegar so I used white vinegar) right onto the chicken (both sides) and then baked it for 35 minutes (at 425)....AMAAAAAAAAAAAZING! We were starving by the time everything was done, but it was well worth the wait!! My husband was very happy ;) And I'm going to pass this on to the rest of my family and friends. Thank you! This recipe is a keeper!

Yummy tasting bars (a bit on the buttery side though). I liked how easy the recipe was and the quantity, but taking them out of the loaf pan was difficult. Next time, I'll use parchment paper and maybe use some lemon zest, too. Overall, pretty tasty - thanks!
