Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
I changed a few things in this recipe (use equal amounts wheat & white flour, oil for the fat). Everyone I make it for LOVES it!

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder
Even my son loved this chowder! It was delicious. We had it with biscuits. What a great meal on a chilly night. The only substitution I made was I used cream of onion because my son doesn't like mushrooms.
