About this Cook
I am a mother and part time student. I love to cook, the mostly I love trying new recipes that turn out good. I rely alot on the ingredients and if I am unsure I will rely on the reviews. Keeping in mind evryone does not taste the same.
My favorite things to cook
I like cooking variety meals. So anything basically, that sounds interesting.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Southern comfort food!!!
My cooking triumphs
Making my first sucessfully good Thanksgiving dinner!!!
My cooking tragedies
The cod recipe I tried off of this website. I think it was mexican cod! Horrible! People even rated it with 5 stars!! I also made a horrible salmon casserole, that I never hear the end about. But you cook and you learn.

Frogmore Stew
Very good. Agree with all others. If your looking at this recipe, it a MUST try and a KEEPER, you will agree. I did add King Crab legs and some crushed garlic and small ears of frozen sweet corn on cob. Very good. Empty pot after day 2!
