I would describe myself as a serious but light hearted person. I am married and have a beautiful one year old son name Noah. I am blessed to be able to stay at home full time. It has it's challenging days but overall i love it. I like to cook hearty meals and spend the bulk of my time cooking for others. I love to bake cookies and sweet breads, especially for the holidays. Breakfast foods are also my specialty because who doesn't love a great breakfast? Of course sugar cookies for Christmas. Tons of grilling in the summer. Making appatizers for parties and getting ooh and ahhs. One time (in my early cooking days) i spent a good amount of time making a casserole for my family. I took it out of the oven and set it on the stove to cool (in a glass dish). Not much later i heard a "chash". it turns out the burner i had set the dish on was still on and of course everything was ruined.
