Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was very good, and easy to make. I used Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles instead of the separate tomatoes and chiles, and beef broth, because that is what I had on hand. I also used purchased tortilla chips, and my whole family loved it. It was even better the next day, and we all devoured the leftovers.
