Chewy Sugar Cookies
I was having a craving for a chewy sugar cookie and this one definitely is the best that I have ever had. The uncooked dough was so yummy that I new it would be a hit! My husbands' employer was having a few new people start in the office so I wanted to make them some treats that were quick, cheap and amazing. Everyone raved about them at the office. Love these! I took the advice of others and let the dough cool a bit before making the cookies. I rolled them in a light coat of confectioners sugar instead of the white sugar that it calls for. I baked them for 12 minutes in my oven which resulted in a light brown edge with buttery/chewy centers. These cookies do spread tremendously and flatten but they are still great! Amazing! Definitely a keeper.

Pineapple Crisp
I was looking for a quick and easy recipe to make in order to use up my fresh pineapple. This was amazing! Definitely a keeper. The only changes I made was using fresh pineapple, enough to cover the bottom of the dish, 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar, and sprinkled a generous amount of ground cinnamon on top. My family loved it, so I will be making it again soon.
