Famous Butter Chicken
super good...only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the bottom does get soggy - I would suggest putting the chicken on a rack in the 9x13 pan to get all sides crispy. This will definitely go into the rotation!

Banana Peanut Butter Bread
this was good but not great - I added some peanut butter chips to it which I think helped increase the PB flavor, but not quite enough for our liking. I'll make it again but trying adding other things to it still.

Baked Chicken with Peaches
sooo good! This might be my new favorite chicken recipe. I used canned peaches and they worked great - if you use canned, make sure to add a bit of the juice also. I didn't have ground cloves, so I just tossed 10 or so regular cloves into the pan and then fished them out with a slotted spoon before serving.
