This pie is a fave in our house too!! Been serving this pie for years now-- it's actually a recipe out of a Cool-Whip cookbook that I have! Like others, I make with a graham cracker crust sometimes. But I pipe the Cool Whip on top and it looks spectacular.. And I also drizzle a little chocolate syrup for added pizazz!

This is a great foundation!! Left out the lemon juice because I didn't have it, but tasted great without it! Also used miracle whip not mayo, both Dijon & regular yellow mustard. Kept adding mayo, must & honey til it tasted "right". Delicious and I recommend it :) We paired with HEB's chicken breast nuggets and seasoned curly fries.

I make this every year for the holidays. Tastes great and I'm not a big fan of cream cheese. If you need something quick for a party or get together that's cheap to make-- then look no further, this is it!
