I wish I would have read all the reviews before cooking mine. Even though I was stirring every few min. I sat down to have lunch and by the next 10 min. they were burnt. A shame because I think they would have been GREAT. In my oven I don't think they need more than 25 minutes. I will attempt another batch later this week as I have more pumpkin pies to make :) i'll be sure to come back and re-review this recipe.

This cake was so delicious I got a marriage proposal! I'm already married BUT that goes to show how good this cake was :)
