My husband Gautam is from India. We really enjoy Indian food. However, we do enjoy a variety from all over. Chocolate Chip Pancakes on the weekends. I have selected 3 recipes each week since July. I have found some excellent recipes mostly all from this site. I enjoy trying new things. It took me until last July to feel comfortable in the kitchen with some confidence that my efforts would not be wasted with bad food.
