I am a stay at home mom to my two little girls, Megan and Kristen. I have been happily married for about 12 years now, to Chuck. I love the Lord and I strive to please him in all I say and do. He died for me, and I owe him my life. I love life and Nature and really enjoy decorating. My dream job would be an interior designer I love to cook italian food. I love to try new recipes and experiment with them. I do bake but not a whole lot. I love making stir frys and cassoroles and using my slow cooker for quick and easy meals on Church days. I love to cook anything. I was not really into cooking as a child. It came with marriage. My daughter loves to help me in the Kitchen. I love licking the mixer utencils after my mom made goodies or mashed potatoes. That was the highlight of my day. My goal is to get my daughter more involved now that she is getting older. Anytime my husband and kids say wow this is good. Is a cooking triumph for me. LOL....once I put my Chicken enchiladas in the oven with a plastic lid over them. Nice plastic coating on the enchiladas. What a disaster.
