Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup
I've made this so many times that the recipe is memorized. Amazing and definitely worth the time it takes to make.

Greek Chicken
This recipe is fabulous as written. I've made it for quite some time and never disappoints. The longer the chicken marinates the better!

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops
Fabulous! I used wine (dry white) instead of water and added some fresh rosemary while roasting. The meat falls right off the bone. The only complaint in my household was that I didn't make enough!
