I come from a LONG line of Itialian Cooks. I hope to pass on my families recipes to my 2 children. I cook for my family and friends. I enjoy trying new things but I have to admit I look for the not so intense recipes. I enjoy 30 min. meals the best! Anything my Husband and kids enjoy! I Love our Christmas Eve dinner. Totally traditional NO MEAT all Fish and of course the stinky Callimad (P.U.) that I could do without! I remember my first dinner I cooked for my husband as newlyweds. The triumph was he enjoyed it. I tried Chicken tonight (from a bottle) YUCK! Thank goodness I learned early on that from the bottle is not better!
