My name is Damien I have a beautiful wife and a baby on the way,I'm a firefighter, here in Fairfax Va, so I have a lot of time to cook at the station and at home. My wife turned me onto allrecipes and I am very greatful because I am always looking for something new to tryout at the station. I love to barbaque, and try my had at asian dishes. Chopping the wood for the fire and spending an hour getting the fire just right so we could cook on it, this is a very fond childhood memory that I did most every weekend, but as an adult now I invested in a propane grill, it's so much easier. I made orange chicken and some of the guys at the station said ith was the best asian food they ever had... I now suspect they don't eat it much. Hmmm no real tradgedies, just lots of mistakes.
