Pizza Dough I
This is fast and it's good. A great recipe when you're short on time. We really liked this. I mixed everything together as directed, subbed EVOO in place of the veg oil and added a bit of garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the dough. Shaped it on parchment paper and let it sit until the oven heated up then pre-baked the crust for about 7 minutes, added toppings and baked again for about 10 minutes. Delicious! Crust has a great texture - it was crunchy, not rubbery or chewy.
