Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
Amazing! Great flavor. Only thing I added was 1/4 cup water. The frosting wasn't for me, so the second time I made it I used the pumpkin bar icing from this site...I cut down the butter just a bit and added a little bit more of cream cheese and then cinnamon to my liking...YUM!

Banana Pancakes I
Awesome! I had a tone of very ripe bananas in my freezer and this was a great way to use them up....Very simple to make and was a huge hit! I added 1/2 tsp of vanilla and might just add a bit more next time to experiment with

Pumpkin Bar Icing
Great recipe and so so simple... I added 1 tsp of cinnamon to give it a little kick and topped my pumpkin spice cake with it :)
