I am a stay at home mom and daughter of a professional baker. I love to cook for friends and family. I read and collect cookbooks and am always trying new recipes. My focus lately has been on baking. I do most of the baking for our synagogue. I love to bake so desserts are a big item. I also enjoy grilling and barbecueing. We are Jewish so a lot of my cooking is based on my family's traditions and tastes. My babkas are amazing, most of my baking is delicious. My chicken and mushrooms is wine that I created is a masterpiece as is my prime rib and steamed lobster. I am also known for my soups, desserts and breads. Anise seed cookes and a terrible pineaplle upside down cake.
