Roquefort Pear Salad
Very good salad, although I did switch a few things.I used the bagged lettuce (spring mix & Romain), used feta cheese instead,and instead of making the dressing, I used a raspberry vinagrette - the dressing totally made the salad.Also dont cook the pecans too long after their done, they get pretty hard.Other wise great salad, although a bit differant from your every day garden salad.
