Garlic Parmesan Orzo
This was pretty easy to make, but I wasn't really impressed with the result. The overall flavor was a bit on the bland side, and if I made it again I'd probably use about half the butter called for - it was a little too oily for my tastes. I made it and served it to two friends, and just one of the three of us really liked it.
