Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
other than the seansoning i followed the directions exactly. no flavor what so ever and i even rubbed it down with mccormick's rotisserie chicken seasoning. i usually roast my chickens and that is what i will continue to do because this was not good. the meat did literally fall off the bone which was annoying but the white meat was still super dry. would not make again and i would not recomend. i roast my chickens according to martha stewart's directions and it always comes out perfect but we were having a busy day so i thought i would try this.

Onions Baked with Rosemary and Cream
turned out great! i substituted thyme for rosemary because my husband hates rosemary. it did not take a full hour of cooking on the first round. i poured the sauce it made on our mashed potatoes!

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Noodle Casserole
my husband loved it, i liked it. a perfect use for left over chicken. i changed it some: i used fresh chicken, a frozen veggie mix of carrots, corn and asparagus, and elbow macaroni. super easy and came out great but i had to double the amount of breadcrumbs; two tablespoons is just not enough!
