Chicken Cordon Bleu I
What an awesome, easy to make, and delicious recipe. I used deli sliced smoked ham, but would have added more cheese since so much leaked out after cutting into it checking to see if it was done. Perfectly cooked after about 40 minutes. I also used other suggestions to brush on egg white; it really helped keep the bread crumbs on. Thanks for a great recipe!

Neat Sloppy Joes
First of all I'll start by saying this was the first time my kids have EVER had sloppy joe's, and my wife has NEVER liked them.... I was in shock when everyone loved them, and ate the whole sandwich!!! What a great recipe. Here are a few changes I made based on comments I read: Double the garlic powder, reduce the salt, add some pepper, leave out the brown sugar add 2 tbsp of bbq sauce, a little extra ketchup, 1-2 drops of liquid smoke, and I added about a 1/4 cup of water to help it simmer as well as dilute the tomato soup. This was kind of fun to make, simple, and there were left overs for another meal!!!! Oh yeah, before I forget... I read that some people left out the onion and celery; Don't do it! Chop it up fine enough, and the kids won't even know what it is. Mine didn't!
