Corn and Chicken Chowder
Good basic recipe to build off of and change to your taste. Skipped the bacon(dieting) Used broth in place of the water and used 1% milk and cornstarch instead of the flour. Used less corn, Really thick soup, not much broth but had good flavor and hubby enjoyed it.

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
Great Recipe! Made it with beef broth since I could not get out to get a beer and it still came out great. Added some celery and bay leaves but otherwise I left the recipe alone. Served over champ,Delish. Even my hubby that normally does not like stews liked this one.

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls
I found the mint way overpowering. Hubby liked them but would not ask me to make them again.
