What a great and super easy recipe! I omitted mushrooms due to family needs, doubled the marsala and sherry becuase we like "sauce" and the taste was amazing. My husband said it was the best chicken dish I have ever made, replacing his favorite of 6 years. He also said it's the best Marsala he's ever had - and he's an Italian who grew up looking at the Manhattan skyline!

Super easy and delicious! I made mine with exact ingredients right out of the frig. I used a large muffin tin, sprayed with baking Pam in a convection oven with stated temps. I did decrease cooking time by about 6 minutes at each temp. My husband thought I had bought them at a specialty bakery, they were that good!

Wonderful! Whenever I serve it at parties I have to print a dozen of the recipe. My trick...pour the cereal into a large clean unscented tall kitchen trash bag. The mixing and shaking is much easier. Be sure not to get the chocolate too warm. I freeze mine so the chocolate that gets stuck to the sides on the bag fall away and adds to the cereal. A+ Bonnie! Keep 'em coming!
