I started cooking when I was 4 years old when I wanted eggs and my mother was really sick. I have been cooking all the time since then. My friends used to ask me to cook for our Prom dates in high school. I would rather cook something new before going out to eat that is how much I enjoy cooking.

I remember growing up and every Christmas going to my grandmothers where myself and over 100 of my relatives would enjoy a traditional Norwegian dinner with fresh lutefisk (sp?).

Red Velvet Cake, Italian Arancini & my mother famous choclate cheesecake for her 70th & 80th birthday.
My cooking tragedies
I made pancakes for my wife once and added baking soda instead of baking power BY ACCIDENT.
