My Husband and I
My Wedding Day
About this Cook
I'm a newlywed and I think my Allrecipes' Name describes me to the T. I'm very lazy for the kitchen. But I love to cook. Does that make sense? Thanks to Allrecipes.com, I have fans for those very odd days I decide to cook :0)~
My favorite things to cook
Flank Steak on the grill & unique desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving Dinner. I've taken every single recipe from Allrecipes.com and Thanksgiving's a hit at both of my parents' homes. I have to go to both houses the morning of...and make everything. They wouldn't forgive me if I didn't.
My cooking triumphs
Crab Crusted Grouper. YUM. I sent my aunt some leftovers and now my entire family's heard about 'that fish I make so good'.
My cooking tragedies
Turkey Meatballs (not a recipe from this site). My husband spit out the 1st one and I've never DARED try that again.

Boston Cream Pie Minis
These mini pies came out so fabulous and perfect! My family now prefers these over the donuts we pick up at the local donut shop! I followed the recipe exactly except for using French Vanilla pudding mix instead of regular Vanilla flavored, and these are just spectacular! Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a super cute and simple dessert recipe. Will definitely do again, over and over again.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
Absolutely LOVED how quick and easy this recipe was. From now on, now I know how to spice up my leftover rice. The family liked it and it'll definitely be a common plate at my house. The only thing I altered was adding half a can of mixed vegetables and one string of green onions. Thanks for the recipe!!

Cucumber Sandwiches III
I was really looking forward to this recipe. I made these for my in-laws and they turned out too strong in flavor. The combination is nice, but the Italian dressing severely overpowers the spread. I might make it again, but if so, I'll make it with half of a package of the dry mix. Add half of the packet, and taste first. If the flavor is good, leave the other half out.
