Caramel Apple Cranberry Pie
Absolutely outstanding! I discovered I was out of dried cranberries, so used 1-1/4 c. chopped frozen cranberries. I increased the brown sugar by an extra 2 tablespoons to compensate for the extra tartness. Other than that, no changes. This recipe is a real keeper!

Turkey Carcass Soup
This was okay, but didn't meet my expectations. I had hoped the seasonings would result in a more flavorful broth. I did like the combination of vegetables.

Cran-Raspberry Pie
I made this for my son's birthday when I couldn't find Marionberries. It had the same tangy flavor and the color was fabulous. A bright raspberry-red. Very appetizing. I will definitely be making this again.
