Irish Soda Bread V

I don't know if I did something wrong, but I did exactly what the recipe said and the bread is dry. Maybe it will be better tomorrow after it rest for awhile. Never make this again.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread

I made this recipe at 6:00am took one to work and everyone loved it. My husband who does not like this type of bread said it was wonderful. I shared this recipe with a friend and she can't wait to made it herself. Thanks

Banana Banana Bread

I made this cake at 5:30am before work. Used only 1 3/4 cups of mashed banana's and took it for my staff. They loved the bread and it was gone in two hours. excellent recipe and I cannot wait to make it again for my family.
