Beef Stroganoff III
I made a beef stroganoff this sounds sooo much better. I liked the suggestions that Beezlys made which I will follow. Thank you

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa
This was soooo good and easy. Eliminated the tyme(do not like) and sauted the onions in bacon and then added the kraut. Will make again and again

Eggplant Parmesan I
It was good, but I fried my eggplant,yummy, and did not use ricotta. Will make it again and try the ricotta.
