I eat cheese every day. I want a pasta machine so I can make pasta with tomatoes and cheese. We always make enchiladas for Christmas Eve. I'm getting pretty good with pizzas. My favorite combo right now is BBQ sauce, mozzerella and cheddar, fresh corn, chopped tomatoes, and red onion. I also love risotto. My Indian curries are bad. And I can't get pad thai right.
