I'm a dedicated feline maintenance worker to six wonderful kitties. I enjoy making doilies, traveling to diners, drive-ins and dives, and I've been known to quest for the perfect cheeseburger. My wild fantasy is to own my own mom & pop eatery. I'm edumacated to be a Marriage & Family Therapist. Comfort food is good therapy. Comfort foods, traditional favorites, soups, certain Italian dishes, and beef tenderloin. Recipes using cream cheese. Probably my seven pound carrot cake. I only make it if I have enough people to eat it. I tried making something pork in the crock pot for a dinner party. It didn't cook fast enough, and we went out to eat at the local Chinese restaurant.
