My favorite things to cook are pasta and chicken. My favorite family cooking traditions are MY devilled eggs; My Granny's cabbage, fried chicken, homemade lemon cake with homemade caramel frosting and also, my dad's secret pecan candy recipe. Triumphs: I have perfected my devilled eggs. Also, I have a secret recipe that I created called "Trois-X Honey BBQ Wings. They are the BOMB!! The first time I made gravy from scratch - OMG! I added way too much flour and my skillet was too small to add enough water so it burned and turned into this thick goop! GAH!
