Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
If you like your pulled pork with a thick barbeque sauce this isn't the recipe for you. I followed the recipe exactly besides added more garlic (to me no recipe calls for enough). The meat was very juicy, tender, and had a good flavor though. The meat is good but the sauce is just not cutting it for me. I am going to try this recipe again but once the meat is done cooking I am going to pull it out and mix it with my own barbeque sauce.
