Brown Sugar Smokies
I tripled this recipe for a party of thirty-five and there were none left. The guys really enjoyed the "meat wrapped in meat"! I'm not a meat lover and even I had to admit, they're pretty darn good! They were a very big hit and easy to make. (Note: I had to cook them for about 30 minutes instead of the noted 20 minutes and I put a little mound of brown sugar on each for a little extra sweetness.)

Double Tomato Bruschetta
I made this for a party of thirty-five, doubled the recipe and there were none left within two hours! By toasting the bread via broiler first, it doesn't get soggy or stale as quickly. The sun dried tomatoes give it a definate kick. Easy and great taste!

Mississippi Six
This was an excellent recipe for a group of thirty people. It was able to be made ahead of time and then put into the bread bowl and baked!
