Easy Smoked Salmon
I've made this twice now and will do so often. We have great salmon here in BC but sometimes getting it smoked can be expensive. This is quick and very tasty but I do use about twice as much salt and sugar and about three times the liquid smoke. It does benefit from being chilled after cooking. Freshly cooked the smoke flavour is subtle but becomes more prominent after a night in the fridge. Thanks for posting. Great recipe!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Wow. This has some heat and we like it hot. The flavour is marvelous but next time I think I'll cut back the chipotle powder to about a tablespoon. I've only had one little slice to try before dinner and my tongue and lips are burning. I think this would be amazing on sandwiches where the bread can cut the heat a bit. Thank so much for posting - this will become a family favourite.

Cinnamon Sour Cream Biscuits
The best biscuits ever. Would make amazing strawberry shortcake next summer. These are tender with a crisp top and bottom. The first pan seemed to brown on the bottom too fast but that might be my new heavy duty baking sheets.
