Love baking and cooking big family meals. I have been trying to tackle new things. Perfecting the best brownie has been a goal of mine for the last year. I have already perfected the perfect chocolate chip cookie thanks to a recipe on allrecipes. Since I was a child my father and I have always baked for the holidays, and we still continue that tradition today. Since I can remember we have baked a huge assortment of cookies and listened to Christmas music the weekend before Christmas. I still enjoy baking, but have taken it through the rest of the year. Planning on continuing the tradition to the next generation too. Cream Puffs and cheese cake!
