I just love to cook, and have no favorites. As long as I'm feeding people I'm happy My mother did not cook so I'm starting my own traditions. My first cheesecake that was not cracked. I do not grill well. I once burnt past recognition 3 slabs of of baby back ribs on the grill. This was done 1 1/2 slabs at a time 1 masacre after another in the same day.
