Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

It was tasty, however, next time I'll try using bacon and ham. I used chicken broth instead of water and chicken boullions.

Pork and Wild Rice Casserole

My husband and I really enjoyed this. Next time I'll use it as a stuffing for Cornish game hen and add some dried cranberrys to it.
