Cream Cheese Penguins
These are great to bring to a party! I put them on a platter covered with coconut . I made them a few years ago, and made the mistake of making them the night ahead ! Dont do that ! I'm sure everyone knows, you'll end up with wrinkly dried up penguins! (wish I did back then!)

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
This was awesome! Easy to make and tasted great. I did everything as described and even made another recipe on this site for a white balsamic cream sauce to go with raviolis on the side -- will definately make again !

Famous Pork Chops
These were excellent. I did take some previous advice and use less butter, Ritz crackers and put them under the broiler for 5 minutes after they were done
