I will be making this again! I used half and half instead of heavy cream, and mixed some canned green enchillada sauce in the chicken mixture. Also, I didnt dip the tortillas in the salsa verde, I just poured all of it over the top- saves a little time and a mess!

This has become a family favorite- something a little different from french bread or croissant rolls. I might try brushing them with butter next time. the oil mixture tends to make the tops a little soggy after a while.

Huge hit at the 2 parties that I made it for. Very tasty. I sprinkled the Feta right before serving and used less olives since the Kalamata olives are stronger in taste.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Yummy! Not a healthy dish, but a very good one! I browned the chicken in olive oil instead of baking, I used frozen spinich squeezed very dry and I used turkey bacon. Excellent dish, will make again- maybe fat free half and half next time...

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I thought these were really good. I'll be making them again with some more spice in the mixture- they didnt have enough seasoning. I made the leftovers the next day for lunch with a tortilla. Very good.

Sausage-Stuffed French Loaf

I have never made anything like this before- and I am so glad I did. It was a huge hit with the family. I used turkey sausage and it was delicious. Also we dipped it in Trader Joes Marinara- dipping was the best part!
