WAY too heavy. This batter was so thick it wouldn't even spread over the bottom of a square pan, when I took it out of the oven it was still as round as when I poured it in. I would not make this again.

Irish Shamrock Cookies

Made these the other day and there is no way you can roll out this dough and use a cookie cutter!! To save the day I rolled the dough into balls and baked them that way and they came out great. I love anything pistachio so I'll keep the recipe but maybe next time put a little frosting on them. But they're great without it.

French Apple Bread Pudding

This is an excellent recipe, VERY quick and easy to make. excellent with Vanilla ice cream. I have made a few over the last month and suggest that this comes out better in a square 9" pan. I used a smaller deeper pan and the center stayed to soggy. My fault.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake IV

I am totally confused as to what happened here...The original recipe was for 6, I changed it to 12, which means instead of a round pan it has to go in a lasagna type pan. Well everything went okay until it was time to pour the batter over the Pineapples, THERE WASN'T ENOUGH BATTER!!!!!!! I had to rush and doctor it up with a second batter batch. How can this be?? The flavor was good but unfortunately because of the experience I won't make it again.
